Narrative
Cultivar description: Meteor er ensartet i type og farve. Den er oval, helrød, skinnende skarlagen med medium ret lys top. Knoldafslutningen og rod kun ret fin. Den er ret tidligt udviklet med nogen tilbøjelighed til svampethed, hvis den ikke trækkes ret tidigt. Kan blive halset og få grove barkflige. Procent 1. sortering har dog i forsøgene ligget højt. Er tillige anerkendt til drivning i hus, til drivning i kold bænk forår, og koldt hus efterår. Ur 54. Beretning fra Fællesudvalget for Prøvedyrkning af Køkkenurter.
