Cultivar description: Rød Valse er en meget ensartet, lang til halvlang rødbede med glat overflade og særdeles fin udvendig farve. Den har en særdeles høj procent blodrøde rødder og kun meget få med lyse og hvide ringe. Den har givet et særdeles stort udbytte af særdeles fin kvalitet. Ur 47.Beretn. f. Fællesudv. f. Prøvedyrkn. af Køkken urter.
