Cultivar description: Nyhet 1953. Ny sort av egen uppdragning speciellt avsedd för övervintring med skörd på våren både på friland, i bänk och växthus. Hammenhögs vinter är tidigare och lämnar högre skörd än någon annan sort vid skörd under höst, vinter och vår. Källa: Hammenhögs Trädgårdskatalog 1953.
