Narrative
Cultivar description: Sorten betecknades vid marknadsföringen som "högt förädlad stam" angående att ugångsmaterialet varit föremål för kontinuerligt urval. Roten beskrevs som stor avrundad med anmärkningsvärd topp. Blad fullständigt släta av matt färg. Roten var hållbar med fast kött och högt såväl mass - som torrämnesutbyte. Torrämneshalten låg vid 10-12%. Roten växte med 2/3 ovan jord varför den ansågs lätt att skörda. Sorten tycks vara synonym med ( fr. o. m. 1961) stamförda sorten Munk vilket dock ej angivits i årsboken. Källa: Harald Esbo, SLU.
