Cultivar description: Egyptisk plattrund är en mycket gammal sorttyp som har efterodlats av många olika fröföretag. Roten är tydligt plattrund i formen med rött kött. Den är lämplig för tidig produktion och mindre för vinterbruk. Accession remark: This accession from USDA.
