Associated species: Dominant: Festuca rubra, Empetrum nigrum
Comment: Just north of the parking space on the north side of Vikurskarðsvegur at 320 MASL. The population was quite spread out in old grass land which have turned into heath land, and also spreads into bare soil/gravel, where the snow stays long in the spring.
