Cultivar subtype: Asieagurk; Cultivar description: Dansk Asie, Hunderup F56, P67 er ensartet i type, glat, nettet grøn og grønblivende. Udbyttet er ret stort og kvaliteten fin. Asieagurker har enkønnede blomster, og der dannes både han-og hunblomster på samme plante. Kilde: 48. Beretning f. Fællesudval f.m Prøvedyrkning af Køkkenurter. ; Cultivar facts: Asier syltes ved, at asieagurken skrælles og flækkes på langs. Kernerne fjernes, og hulrummet fyldes med salt. Når saltet har trukket væden ud af agurken, skæres den i stykker, lægges på glas og overhældes med en blanding af vand og eddike tilsat krydderier. Asier anvendes som tilbehør til mange varme retter.
