Narrative
Accession remark: The donor built a house in 2000-2010, on the land where the greatgrandparents had their garden until the 1920s. After that, the land became forested. When the trees were removed 80-90 years later, many columbines emerged. Hence, the donor believes the columbines originate from the garden before the 1920s. The donated seeds are from columbines which the donor describes as being of an ordinary type.
