Dynnegårdsæbles History and usage:
Dynnegårdsæble is originally from Denmark, Bornholm, Dyndegård in Rutsker parish. It is also known under the synonym Dyndegaardsæble, formed before 1924. Dynnegårdsæble has been known in Denmark since 1924. The variety is or has been grown rarely or not at all in Denmark. The apple is a dessert/culinary apple. Dynnegårdsæble grows at the Pometum.

The variety is triploid and has the following alleles of self-incompatibility 1/5/24.

The quality and season of the apple:
The season of the apple is medium early, to enjoy from September/Oktober. Dynnegårdsæble is mature for harvesting middle early (last part of September). The overall flavour of Dynnegårdsæble is evaluated as good. The apple stores for a short time.
The external of the apple:
The shape is globose conical The covercolour covers approx. 50 % of the apple. It forms a a weakly defined flush with strongly defined stripes/flushed, striped and mottled. The basin is deep, and the eye is small and closed.
